Compared to conventional methods, the system consumes so <strong>up to 50 per cent less CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>. For example, a diagnostic assistance system monitors the entire filling process - for example with regard to evacuation and CO<sub>2<\/sub>rinsing processes to significantly minimise oxygen pick-up. Broken bottles are also recognised in all filling phases and the containers are automatically sorted out.<\/p>\n<p>In the future, too, the main focus will be on significantly reducing CO<sub>2<\/sub>-footprints. Service plays a central role in consistently pursuing this goal. KHS makes it possible for its customers, <strong>operate systems for as long as possible<\/strong> and to keep them technically, economically and ecologically up to date. One example of this is the optimisation of bottle washing machines.
