K. A. Schmersal Holding GmbH & Co. KG, acquired omnicon engineering GmbH on 24 October 2019. omnicon is a service provider that advises both medium-sized and DAX-listed companies on safety-related issues and supports them in ensuring the conformity of machinery with EU machinery safety regulations.<\/p>\n

The Engineering office<\/strong> with around 15 employees is recognised as the Member of the Schmersal Group<\/strong> continued under the previous name. The Founder Friedhelm Nowak<\/strong> will remain with the company as Managing Director.<\/p>\n
