Packaging manufacturers and brand owners are therefore increasingly focussing on this innovative technology.

„Brand owners want attractive corrugated board packaging with clean visible edges for the sales-boosting presentation of their products at the point of sale. The use of conventional die-cutting tools often results in lint formation and angel hair on the visible edges. This is of course an absolute no-go for products where the beauty of the packaging is important,“ says Head of Marketing Tina Dost.

With pure edge, imprints and lint formation are a thing of the past, as the conventional effect gumming along cutting lines is no longer necessary. through steel hold-down device is replaced.
