It is particularly suitable for <strong>Medium-sized companies in the packaging industry<\/strong>, which are based on a high <strong>Flexibility in the packaging line<\/strong> The company is reliant on a large number of suppliers - especially for small to medium batch sizes, the numerous packaging variants or changing seasonal business. In addition, the <strong>Investment volume<\/strong> within an SME-friendly framework.<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>End-of-line universal box gripper<\/strong> Thanks to its weight-optimised aluminium support structure, the basic configuration has a tare weight of just under 8 kg and therefore still offers <strong>Up to 50 kg load capacity<\/strong>. Robust, low-maintenance pneumatic components and stable hinges ensure a long service life even under high utilisation. The end positions during the folding process can be set precisely. Among other things, the robot connection, quick changer and mask size can be configured to adapt to the final carton dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to <strong>cost-efficient lightweight construction technology<\/strong> the customer can use a smaller robot, which has a positive effect on the purchase and operating costs.
