ONE Service thus ensures <strong>Plannability and reliability<\/strong> at the end of the packaging line.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eIn times of digitalisation and Industry 4.0, the demands on our customers\u201c production processes and therefore on our machines are changing at a rapid pace. A central component of the concept are <strong>Targeted maintenance contracts<\/strong> around the world - an offering that sets Mosca apart from other manufacturers in the strapping industry.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eThe standard is that customers only contact us if a machine has broken down. These are malfunctions that need to be resolved immediately - and cause a lot of stress, both for the manufacturer's technicians and for the customers, who can't afford any downtime in their lines,\u201c explains <strong>Michael Raule<\/strong>, Head of Technical Service at Mosca.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When Mosca service technicians visit customers today, there is usually no sign of this pressure. <strong>Over 2000 machines<\/strong> are now <strong>under maintenance contract<\/strong> and are provided according to ONE Service Standard <strong>once or twice a year<\/strong> checked.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><div id=\"packa-2772519951\" class=\"packa-inhalt\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2686439340972671\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;text-align:center\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2686439340972671\" data-ad-slot=\"6171251825\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><!--\/noptimize--><\/div>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eToday, we work with standardised maintenance schedules and checklists worldwide. These tell us exactly when which machine is due at which customer, what needs to be checked and which parts need to be replaced. This enables us to prevent signs of wear and tear and other damage,\u201c says <strong>Andreas Bulling<\/strong>, service technician at Mosca.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><b>More predictability and transparency\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>For the customer, this means above all: more predictability, more reliability and more transparency.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eOur customers who have a maintenance contract with us know about the maintenance procedures from the outset. We remind them when maintenance is due and send them maintenance kits before the due date,\u201c explains <strong>Michael Raule<\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Through the <strong>regular service appointments<\/strong> the strapping machines in Mosca customers' packaging lines run reliably and stably. If a malfunction does occur, Mosca's Technical Service is there to help. <strong>around the clock<\/strong> reachable.<\/p>\n<p>In many cases, however, the technicians no longer need to be on the road at all. As part of ONE Service, Mosca has also expanded its <strong>Remote support expanded<\/strong>. The service technicians can initially troubleshoot remotely. As a rule, acute faults are also <strong>Directly via remote maintenance<\/strong> fixed.<\/p>\n<h2><b>An important building block for the future<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Services relating to the installation and relocation of machines are also an integral part of ONE Service.
