The intelligent SuperTrak track system from B&R is now also available in a vertical mounting version. This allows the ratio of throughput to footprint to be optimised.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, if products are only transported on the top of the SuperTrak, the weight is not supported by the magnetic holder, but the load is transferred directly to the rollers. This significantly increases the load capacity of the shuttles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The power electronics of the SuperTrak have been repositioned and are therefore easily accessible from the front, even in a vertical orientation. This means that the system can be installed without any effort.<\/p>

In order to also guarantee the stability of SuperTrak in the vertical mounting variant, the mechanical fasteners <\/strong>reinforced between the individual segments. This increases the rigidity of the components and offers maximum stability. This also makes the track system highly reliable in vertical alignment.<\/p>\n

Increase throughput<\/b><\/h2>\n

With the Freely positionable shuttles<\/strong> from SuperTrak makes it easy to group products of different sizes, for example. For example, different drinks or packaged goods can be grouped together in one parcel.<\/p>\n

With SuperTrak in the vertical orientation, this process can be realised on around half the floor space. The throughput per square metre of floor space increases significantly.<\/p>\n

Flexible with maximum precision and high load capacity<\/b><\/h2>\n

SuperTrak from B&R enables Modern production concepts<\/strong>, with which any batch size can be produced flexibly and economically. The track system was specially developed for 24\/7 operation in harsh industrial environments. It works both reliably and safely. The customer benefits from fast assembly.<\/p>\n

Segments and shuttles can be simply swap individually<\/strong> - the track does not have to be dismantled. Downtimes due to mechanical changeovers are completely or largely eliminated. The productivity of the entire system increases (OEE).<\/p>\n
