The extremely compact line impresses with its very small space requirement, particularly for <strong>in the clean room for primary packaging<\/strong>. The modular system concept consists of a <strong>Blister machine with roller sealing<\/strong> and a<strong> continuous motion cartoner<\/strong>. Depending on requirements, the Unity 600 can be combined with various cartoning machines, track &amp; trace systems and end-of-line packaging solutions from Romaco.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> Premiumline from the Noack 950 product family<\/strong> can be configured with various product feed systems and can be used very flexibly overall. <strong>Reproducible parameters, easy format parts and simple settings<\/strong> speed up the execution of format and product changes. <strong>Excellent OEE values, low operating costs and a broad performance spectrum<\/strong> also characterise the Unity 600 from Romaco Noack. With the <strong>Remote Assist service package<\/strong> Romaco also <strong>Real-time support<\/strong> regardless of the distance to the machine's place of use. Faults and error messages can therefore be rectified as quickly as possible: be it with <strong>Call 4 Service<\/strong>, the <strong>Smart Glasses<\/strong> or the <strong>Status app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On request, the Unity 600 is also available as a <strong>Climate-neutral machine<\/strong> available. For this purpose, the CO<sub>2<\/sub>-emissions caused by the production of the blister line including all components.
