At the Virtual Show, the company will be presenting MIRA (Machine Intelligence Reporting & Analytics). The modular software solution recognises wear on process-critical components thanks to intelligent algorithms The system also recognises the need to replace components such as fans up to six weeks before a potential failure. „The key advantage of this system is that it does not interfere with the machine control in. This means that retrofitted systems do not have to be qualified and validated again,“ says Turac.

Production optimisation with Cloud Platform

Thanks to the new, cloud-based digital shopfloor platform paper-based processes and unnecessary loss of time during maintenance in the food industry are a thing of the past. „Technicians have task planning and all manuals and documentation virtually in their pocket,“ says Sven Scharnitzki, Product Manager at Syntegon Technology. Optimisation potential can be identified more quickly and downtime avoided. In addition QR codes on the machines ensures that relevant data is displayed promptly and easily. This saves time and resources - and makes day-to-day work easier.

Thanks to the new, cloud-based Digital Shopfloor Platform, paper-based processes and unnecessary loss of time during maintenance work are a thing of the past for food manufacturers.
