Romaco Kilian has launched a new tablet press for compressing single and double-layer tablets. The powerful double rotary press offers high system availability.<\/p>\n

The new S 710 Prime double rotary press complements Romaco Kilian's portfolio of high-productivity tablet presses<\/strong>which are used for both single-shift and two-shift operation. The technology is also suitable for the compression of effervescent tablets and is therefore prepared for connection to a packaging line. The tablet presses in Kilian's Prime family produce pharmaceuticals, food and chemical products worldwide.e. With a maximum output of 1,020,000 tablets per hour, the S 710 Prime from Kilian is one of the high-performance presses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

High overall system effectiveness<\/h2>\n

The economical solution from Romaco Kilian impresses with its Good price-performance ratio and high overall system effectiveness<\/strong> (OEE). Availability, performance and quality were the focus of the development of the S 710 Prime. Fast product changeovers, short cleaning times and long maintenance intervals increase system availability and reduce downtimes. In particular, the hermetic separation of the compression chamber and technical area speeds up the cleaning of the tablet press after each batch. Thanks to the easily replaceable die disc, the Kilian S 710 Prime is also extremely versatile.<\/p>

Service via remote maintenance<\/h2>\n

Durable pressure rollers and components<\/strong> reduce the maintenance costs of the system. The remote maintenance system Remote Assist from Romaco enables digital processing of service requests in real time. With Call4Service, the Smart Glasses or the Status App, error messages can be quickly identified and rectified. Ramp-up support helps with commissioning<\/strong>to fully utilise the newly created production capacities as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

For more sustainability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The design of Romaco Kilian tablet presses systematically helps to minimise product loss during tableting<\/strong>. The precisely manufactured die discs with low radial run-out and the magnetic product scrapers therefore contribute to sustainable production. With low-wear and durable components, Kilian also supports the careful use of natural resources. Reducing the number of parts that come into contact with the product also reduces the amount of cleaning required.
