This is why the Baumer hhs portfolio traditionally also includes control units for adhesive applications that do not require monitoring of the quality of the adhesive application. Xact represents the latest generation of the control units in this power class

„Xact is the latest member of the Go Systems family from Baumer hhs. The systems in this series are characterised by a particularly attractive price-performance ratio, giving customers all over the world access to our product world. Many machine manufacturers in particular also favour the Baumer hhs label for adhesive application, which is known worldwide for its outstanding reliability,“ explains Ralf Scharf, Business Development Manager of the company.

Xact is waiting with the same self-explanatory operating philosophy as the high-end Xtend control system3 on. With the new control unit, machine operators are also guided safely to their destination for all adhesive applications via the intuitive menu navigation on the touchscreen interface. Furthermore, its extended functionality opens up additional possibilities that were previously unknown in this form in control units for pure adhesive application.

For example, with Xact Individually programme up to eight adhesive lanes per application valve, which can be applied either in the form of adhesive dots or adhesive lines. This flexibility enables customers to optimise their adhesive consumption and thus also reduce their CO2-emissions. In doing so, it supports the GlueCalc app for smartphones from Baumer hhs. Just a few entries via the easy-to-use interface are all it takes to calculate the optimum adhesive consumption for each order.

Xact ensures uniformly precise adhesive application with cold and hot melt valves across the entire working area. at machine speeds of up to 300 m/min safe. In the control unit Order data for up to 99 sample orders and can be quickly called up for repeat jobs via menu selection. The simple programming of the adhesive tracks and adjustment of the pump pressure via the control units also allow the shortest possible set-up times. The same applies to the option of choosing between 30 different operating languages - including easy-to-understand and informative help texts and system messages.

Customers can use the predecessor devices from Baumer hhs Flexible replacement with the new Xact control units and continue to use the brackets of their existing control units. If your adhesive application requirements increase, the Xact control units can be replaced at any time with Xtend3-high-end controls.

Source: Baumer hhs

With Xact, Baumer hhs is launching a compact and intuitive control unit whose functionality is tailored entirely to the control of automated adhesive application.
[21
69,32,59,39
0":"post-33693","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-verpackungstechnik","8":"tag-klebstoff","9":"tag-packmittel-und-packstoffe","10":"tag-software-und-steuern","11":"tag-verpackungstechnik","12":"cs-entry","13":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
