Together with Hans B\u00fchler, the Managing Partner, he will take over the management of the central departments.<\/p>\n<p>Already <strong>since 2016<\/strong> the industrial engineer has held various management positions at Optima. Since starting at Optima, he has gained a deep insight into the entire group of companies.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe are delighted to have found a worthy successor to Dr J\u00fcrgen Kuske in Jan Glass,\u201c says <strong>Hans B\u00fchler. <\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jan Glass was most recently responsible for OPTIMA life science GmbH. After training as a telecommunications technician, the 58-year-old father of two studied mechanical engineering as well as production technology and industrial engineering at Heilbronn University. He then quickly took over<strong> Management responsibility,<\/strong> among other things as a project engineer <strong>in the optimisation of production and company processes<\/strong>.
