The Vision Picker ensures a flexible and cost-effective packaging process.<\/p>\n<p>With the <strong>Vision Picker<\/strong> even particularly sensitive products can be flexibly packaged using a bundle wrapper. These include, for example, moulded chocolate figures at a speed of 400 products per minute.<\/p>\n<p>This is where the <strong>CWM2<\/strong> The company has now optimised the tried-and-tested packaging machine accordingly and, in doing so, has <strong>Feeding the products<\/strong> from the downstream product flow to the robot. A <strong>Integrated image processing system <\/strong>now recognises individual products from the disordered product flow. Each product is then individually sucked in by the robot and placed in the correct position in the packaging machine's feed chain.<\/p>\n<p>In a modified configuration, the robot feeder can also be combined with high-performance machines from Theegarten-Pactec.
