The KHS Group is therefore systematically restructuring its system portfolio - in the field of labelling technology, for example, with the expansion of the proven Innoket Neo series.<\/p>\n<p>With its quickly interchangeable modules, the highly flexible solution masters <strong>All common labelling techniques<\/strong>. Users also benefit from low operating costs thanks to low maintenance requirements and a long service life.<\/p>\n<p>With the new labelling machine, the <strong>KHS Group<\/strong> consistently pursuing its strategy of modular plant construction and portfolio sharpening and <strong>combines the Innoket Neo Flex and the KHS Innoket Neo in a single series<\/strong>. These were optimised for their intended use, but reached their limits when customers wanted to expand their portfolio, for example with additional self-adhesive technology in combination with the classic cold glue process.\u201c <strong>Henrik Kahrmann<\/strong>, Product Support Labelling Technology at KHS<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With the Innoket Neo, KHS has developed a machine that <strong>Freely configurable thanks to its modular design<\/strong> is. The new Innoket Neo Flex continues along the path of standardisation and meets all customer requirements in one series - whether with permanently installed stations or as a modular machine. Depending on the machine size and the respective requirements, the Flex series can be equipped with two to four modules. They can be changed without tools and in just a few simple steps.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Labeller impresses with a wide range of applications<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The KHS Innoket Neo Flex also demonstrates great flexibility in the areas of container selection and size. The machine<strong> Labels plastic and glass containers as well as cans<\/strong> in all standard sizes. The output is <strong>up to 74,000 containers per hour<\/strong>. Thanks to <strong>patented folding door technology<\/strong> the machine gyroscope and the individual stations are easily accessible at all times. Furthermore, no additional panelling is required for the area below the machine table.<\/p>\n<p>The Innoket Neo Flex is equipped with the <strong>future-proof TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) technology from Siemens<\/strong> equipped. \u201eThe combination of TIA Portal and the Simatic S7-1500 controller results in significant performance advantages in terms of the response times of the control system,\u201c explains Kahrmann. In addition, the labeller has a simplified electrical concept in which the majority of the components are installed in the control cabinet.
