A possible alternative comes from Austria and the Czech Republic. The cardboard spoon has now won the national packaging competition there - as the best food packaging.<\/p>\n<p>The spoon was developed by the Czech company Cardbox together with Greiner Packaging. The idea is as simple as it is convincing. The CBX Spoon is made exclusively from fully recyclable cardboard and is to be established as a promising alternative to plastic spoons.<\/p>\n<h2>Environmentally friendly, even with coating<\/h2>\n<p>The developers also see it as an environmentally friendly solution when it is printed and coated. It is delivered to the customer folded in the centre by machine.
