For the first time, the event could also be followed live on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>In total, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zenithglobal.com\/news\/2020-global-water-drinks-awards-winners-announced\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">this year's awards<\/a> <strong>over 160 contributions from 27 countries worldwide<\/strong> received. In the category <em>Best in Carton<\/em> won two SIG customers. The start-up DRINKS<sup>3<\/sup> (Drinks Cubed) was created for WATER<sup>3<\/sup> in the combidome carton bottle with SIGNATURE packaging material. SIGNATURE is the world's only packaging material for aseptic carton packs that also includes the <strong>polymers via a certified mass balance process to 100 per cent<\/strong> are linked to plant-based, renewable materials.<\/p>\n<h2>Sustainable water packaging honoured with Global Water Drinks Award<\/h2>\n<p>WATER<sup>3 <\/sup>According to the manufacturer, the beverage brand with <strong>the lowest CO<sub>2<\/sub>-footprint<\/strong> in Great Britain. (Image: SIG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>DRINKS<sup>3 <\/sup>was one of the first suppliers of SIGNATURE and one of the first customers to take advantage of the option to choose packs in which <strong>all three main materials come from responsible, certified sources.<\/strong> The in the WATER<sup>3<\/sup>-The raw cardboard used for the packaging comes from FSC<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>certified sustainable sources;
