The majority of Multivac company Trimaster Oy, based in Tampere, Finland, was sold on 1 November as a management buy-out under the leadership of Leo Johansson.<\/p>\n

He will also support Multivac's Food, Medical & Consumer Solutions (FMCS) business unit and its subsidiaries in their co-operation with Trimaster Oy. Last but not least, he will represent Multuvac's interests at Trimaster as a board member.<\/p>
