Packsize developed the automated system especially for the manufacturer of ski sports articles for the simultaneous packaging of cubic and long packs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWe have been working reliably and successfully with Atomic since 2013,\u201c says Frank Langerbeins, General Manager Sales D-A-CH at Packsize GmbH. A specially developed cutting machine from Becker was perfectly integrated into two parallel packaging lines. The two lines comprise <strong>each with a product preparation and placement station, a semi-automatic case erector and a sealing machine including a label applicator.<\/strong> This was accompanied by a significant increase in efficiency. The number of packaged orders increased from 125 to 220 per hour, with fewer employees.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Automated system ensures satisfaction<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kristel Verreth, Project Manager at Atomic, is convinced by the new packaging process.
