The material is therefore suitable for the hygienic sterilisation of corn, beetroot and other foods. <strong>This high temperature tolerance is made possible by a polypropylene sealing layer.<\/strong> Thanks to the high transparency and increased impact resistance, the food packaged in them also cuts a fine figure on the shelves.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eThe use of polypropylene and special adhesion promoters increases the temperature resistance of the film without causing delamination or open sealing seams in the sterilisation and cooking process. Thanks to the 11-layer structure and the cast co-extrusion process, we have also optimised the film quality in terms of transparency and impact resistance.\u201c  Thomas Herbst, Sales Manager at allvac Folien GmbH.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The allflex UHT is an extension of the company's allflex series and can be used on all standard thermoforming machines. As <strong>Flexible co-extruded high-temperature composite film with PA\/PP medium barrier<\/strong> it creates temperature ranges from -40 \u00b0C to +121 \u00b0C. Polyamide (PA) ensures a good barrier and mechanical resilience of the film. These can be heated for consumption directly in the high-temperature laminated film. \u201eHygienic packaging protects food from spoilage. And that is an important building block for sustainable food processing. Especially <strong>with regard to <\/strong><strong>Safe Food<\/strong>. Here, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit are vacuum-packed in bags. The food is gently cooked at a low temperature - sometimes for over six hours. The result: incomparable flavours and textures as well as more vitamins and nutrients. The <strong>Shrink-wrapped food cannot dry out or oxidise<\/strong>. The sous vide method can also intensify the natural colour of the products.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Broad spectrum for high-temperature laminated film<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The packaging specialist allvac manufactures its allflex UHT high-temperature laminate film, as well as its other allflex film types, at the company headquarters in Waltenhofen, Bavaria. <strong>The new cast coextrusion line can produce films in thicknesses from 50 to 350 metres<\/strong>. \u201eOur allflex series is an all-rounder.
