Measured against 2020, this will save around 10 tonnes of packaging material per year.<\/p>\n<p>Packaging plays an important role in the food sector, as it serves to protect the product. At the same time, however, it also causes large amounts of waste. The changeover of the spice and herb packaging is taking place gradually.
