Enlightened interest groups are driving politics and business forward - with far-reaching consequences for consumer behaviour and production structures.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1534\" aria-expanded=\"false\">4 - \"Hand in hand\"<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1534\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1534\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Politics, business and interest groups are pulling in the same direction. As in the \"Consumers exert pressure\" vision of the future, standardised framework conditions prevail worldwide, but with pluralistic characteristics.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8ded92e exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8ded92e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For each future scenario, it was determined how the requirements of food manufacturers will change and what this means for the food machinery industry. From this, possible target images were derived that describe the positioning options for companies in 2035.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b4c955 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7b4c955\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Strategic directions <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-409af6d exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"409af6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In order to achieve the target images, the authors of the study have identified six overarching strategic directions with which machine manufacturers can adapt to the new framework conditions and the requirements of their customers. They are relevant for each vision of the future, albeit with different weightings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6afa0b3 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6afa0b3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><strong>Operator models:<\/strong> Development from machine supplier to solution provider<\/li><li><strong>New forms of regionality:<\/strong> Opening up new ways to be local and close to the customer<\/li><li><strong>Digitalisation as part of the business model:<\/strong> Concepts for the intelligent processing and utilisation of data<\/li><li><strong>Services and services:<\/strong> Actively offering and marketing services in the area of service<\/li><li><strong>Flexibility through modularity:<\/strong> Development of an intelligent product portfolio of flexible and scalable machines<\/li><li><strong>Core competence \"application expertise\":<\/strong> Building up process engineering expertise and advising the customer on this basis <br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-154aab1 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"154aab1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The authors of the study recommend that companies analyse their own initial strategic situation and decide on a likely future scenario and the relevant directions in order to develop their success strategy for 2035. To take account of the different company sizes and industry segments, the study presents examples of two types of company that are best equipped to meet the requirements of 2035: the \"agile niche professional\" and the \"glocalist\".<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f1372a elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"9f1372a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t\"Anticipating what the food machinery industry of the future will look like is the first step.
