The paper-based packaging is also fully recyclable.<\/p>\n<p>Demand for bicycles is booming. Manufacturers usually ship their bikes almost fully assembled. It is therefore important to protect these valuable products accordingly and make handling as easy as possible. Consumers also attach great importance to environmentally friendly packaging and uncomplicated disposal. We are delighted to be able to present an optimal solution with our innovative bicycle packaging.\u201c <strong>Michael Weber<\/strong>, Head of Corporate Strategy and Marketing at Thimm<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Bicycle packaging rethought<\/h2>\n<p>The packaging was developed in a joint project between Thimm Packaging Systems and Thimm pack'n'display. It is suitable for all bicycles and e-bikes between 18 and 29 inches. It consists of <strong>Made entirely from sustainable corrugated cardboard<\/strong> in BC quality. The sustainable packaging also comes <strong>without the usual upholstery and protective materials<\/strong> such as foil bags, polystyrene or bubble wrap. KG)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The new design of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thimm.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Thimm<\/a>-The bike packaging makes unpacking easier, as the bike packaging is<strong> in the centre via a tear-off perforation<\/strong> is opened. The resulting side sections can be folded open and the wheel can simply be slid out of the packaging. It can be disposed of completely via the <strong>Waste paper<\/strong> and the used cardboard boxes can be reprocessed into raw paper for corrugated cardboard production. However, the bicycle packaging should not be disposed of too quickly, as it is also suitable for a <strong>Returns<\/strong>The bike can be pushed in and the associated brackets secure it again against transport damage.
