Because consumers today prefer more than ever <strong>Sustainable packaging concepts<\/strong> - especially for healthy natural products. With full wrap labelling, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.multivac.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Multivac<\/a> The company solution can meet this demand with a combination of paper fibre-based packaging plus a paper fibre-based full wrap label.<\/p>\n<p>Packaging concepts with cardboard trays that fulfil the current requirements for recyclability are generally not very efficient and cost-intensive. This is because the packs are usually manually provided with a cardboard sleeve or only low cycle rates can be realised in the packaging process due to intermittent banding. This ensures significant cost savings and higher cycle rates, especially in comparison to complex, manual packaging solutions. The output of the L 310 is <strong>up to 90 packs per minute<\/strong>. Various printing technologies are also available for printing production-related data.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Full wrap labelling: flexibility in shaping<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201eAs the full wrap labels are stabilised by the backing material, they are <strong>Almost any shape possible<\/strong>. In principle, materials based on PP or PET can of course also be used for full wrap labelling.
