The enhanced automatic sorting system is now available with a second sorting cell.<\/p>\n<p>MHS now also offers its automatic cross-belt sorting system as a double-cell system. In combination with a maximum conveyor belt speed of three metres per second, the <strong>Integrated second sorting cell<\/strong> the throughput of the system to almost 20,000 items per hour. This makes the HC-Loop particularly suitable for companies with large order volumes and a wide variety of parcels, such as <strong>e-commerce retailer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>HC-Loop cross-belt sorter with modular design<\/h2>\n<p>The solution processes all containers regardless of their shape, size or surface finish. Using intelligent algorithms, the integrated software first determines the optimum material flow in order to <strong>a smooth loading combination<\/strong> for the HC-Loop cross-belt sorter. This makes the HC-Loop cross-belt sorter particularly durable and quiet. \u201eWe only use high-quality components. In the event of a sudden, rare malfunction, the system continues to run and the repair can be postponed.
