They are therefore particularly suitable as backing pumps in the <strong>Food packaging<\/strong> as well as in pumping stations of heat treatment or coating systems. Thanks to their screw design with specially adapted variable pitch, they operate extremely efficiently due to their low power consumption. Compared to oil-lubricated vacuum pumps, they require little maintenance, which minimises operating costs. The robust screw vacuum pumps are also characterised by high particle and condensate compatibility.<\/p>\n<h2>Screw vacuum pumps with high pumping speed<\/h2>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leybold.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Specialist for dry vacuum technology<\/a> Leybold has several different screw vacuum pumps in its product portfolio. In contrast to oil-lubricated pistons or rotary vane vacuum pumps, they feature a<strong> Stable pumping speed curve over time<\/strong> on. The Dryvac DV 800 is based on the proven Dryvac DV platform from Leybold and, according to Leybold, sets standards in this size class in terms of suction power and energy efficiency. Its dimensions are directly derived from the DV 650 models, which should make the changeover and integration easier for the user. The DV 800 opens up new possibilities for applications in which a <strong>Higher pumping speed<\/strong> is required. Monitoring via a <strong>Cloud platform<\/strong> can be easily realised on request and is available as standard from Q3. The compact design of the Dryvacs makes it easy to install a Ruvac Roots vacuum pump as a booster.
