The company was looking for a partner to market the packaging of its products with a more exclusive design, both in terms of construction and appearance.<\/p>\n<p>The product packaging originally consisted of a simple folding box. The question was: How could a <strong>more luxurious hard cardboard box<\/strong> so that it attracts more attention on the shelf? Those responsible at Ipuro contacted the Swedbrand Group, which had already developed attractive packaging for various renowned luxury brands. Together, they began to think about a solution. The special challenge that quickly crystallised was the<strong> Box height and edges<\/strong> out.<\/p>\n<p>Ipuro was simply delighted with the new design proposal. Zaid Bunni, an expert packaging specialist and co-founder of Swedbrand 15 years ago, and the whole team worked closely with Ipuro to develop this new design. \u201eAfter our customer approved the concept, we initially produced the boxes in our factory in the Far East. (Image: Ipuro)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Although production costs have risen slightly, the previous delivery time of five to seven weeks from Poland to Germany has been minimised. <strong>shortened to about three days<\/strong> become. As the prices for transport from the Far East have risen dramatically in recent months, the <strong>Shipping costs reduced by 90 per cent<\/strong> added.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Special finishing steps<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As you would expect, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swedbrand-group.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Swedbrand Group<\/a> In general and in particular at the new location in Gda\u0144sk, we offer a customer-orientated advisory concept. The aim is to <strong>Individualised solution<\/strong> that best fulfils the requirements. This also includes special new structural or design elements, such as folding cartons made of grey cardboard from 0.8 to four millimetres thick, which are made from paper\/cardboard with a grammage of 100 to 300 g\/m\u00b2.<sup>2<\/sup> or other covering materials such as textiles or imitation leather. Relief, stamp or hot foil embossing, matt gloss varnish and metallisation effects, high-gloss varnishes or soft-touch and UV effects are all possible. (Image: Swedbrand)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Today, the company receives the <strong>optimised premium packaging<\/strong> completely from the European Swedbrand plant in Poland. The production line is equipped with long assembly lines and 14 work stations for the manual finishing steps. For example, inserts made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or plastic are embedded. With the improved processes in Poland, only ten workers are needed instead of the 150 required in the original production process. \u201eIf we had simply adopted the old processes, we would not have been able to realise the <strong>Cost expectations<\/strong> of Ipuro,\u201c explains Oswald.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOur premium packaging needed a new look and a higher quality design.
