{"id":46059,"date":"2021-06-29T16:18:46","date_gmt":"2021-06-29T14:18:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?p=46059"},"modified":"2021-06-29T14:39:12","modified_gmt":"2021-06-29T12:39:12","slug":"mondi-expands-mailerbag-range","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/en\/mondi-erweitert-mailerbag-sortiment\/","title":{"rendered":"Mondi expands its Mailerbag range"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mondi is increasing production of its paper-based Mailerbag range in response to strong demand for flexible eCommerce packaging.<\/p>\n<p>The packaging and paper company Mondi is increasing its capacity for its paper-based mailing bag range to replace even more plastic packaging in e-commerce with recyclable solutions made from responsibly sourced paper. <strong>renewable raw materials<\/strong> to replace it.<\/p>\n<p>The innovative MailerBag is now available in three designs, with the <strong>flat-bottomed version complements the existing range of folded and gusseted bottom bags,<\/strong> each of which offers consumer-friendly packaging with several advantages. They protect products without carrying too much air. This means that thanks to their flexible properties, <strong>require less space for storage and transport<\/strong>. The bags can be used and shipped worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/tag\/=mondi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Mondi<\/a> is investing in its European locations in order to improve and expand its services for customers by increasing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mondigroup.com\/en\/products-and-solutions\/industrial-bags\/industrial-bags-products\/mailerbag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Mailer bag<\/a>-production to around 350 million mailer bags per year and responded to the strong growth and the <strong>Customer demand for flexible packaging in eCommerce<\/strong> is responded to.
