On 1 September, the Kurz Group will take over the Tesa subsidiary Scribos. With the products and services of Tesa Scribos, Kurz intends to supplement and expand the portfolio of its focal business unit Security and further expand the brand and product protection segment.<\/p>\n

Scribos is one of the German TOP 100 Innovators 2021 and has developed into a market-leading digital platform for brand protection in recent years. \u201eWe see great potential in the joint product development and exchange in R&D, which will open up completely new ways for our joint customers to protect their products and brands,\u201c says CEO Walter Kurz.<\/p>\n

The existing organisation, including management and employees, as well as the locations are to be taken over and retained in their existing form. The sales relationship, customer service and security of supply for customers will also remain unaffected.<\/p>
