As a member of the Management Board, she will be responsible for the further development of the company together with CEO Joachim Dittrich.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>The 52-year-old business administration graduate has many years of management experience in the field of finance and has worked for both US corporations and medium-sized organisations. Her profile is complemented by many years of expertise in the areas of IT and HR.
