With the BIC M30, Balluff has now developed a new inductive coupler for contactless power transmission, fast data transmission and condition monitoring all in one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Inductive coupling systems are always used when a particularly large amount of power needs to be transmitted. This is for example <strong>in robotics when controlling gripper arms<\/strong> the case. \"Inductive couplers are indispensable in many different applications today,\" says Balluff Product Manager Dr L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Herczeg.<\/p>\n<p>The new BIC M30 inductive couplers can transmit up to 1.5 amps of continuous output current. The energy is transmitted without contact.
