If products cannot be precisely guided or separated on a conveyor belt, this system still ensures reliable labelling at a previously precisely defined position. The Legi Flex 6100 therefore offers maximum flexibility when labelling cardboard boxes.

Sustainable labelling

The new NoLiner is a label printing dispenser that processes labels without a liner, thereby enabling sustainable and cost-effective labelling. The System has an atomising unit, which applies a fine water-based liquid film to the back of the label after printing. Spraying with water activates the dry gumming so that the labels can then be applied to products and packaging in the same way as conventional labels.

The elimination of the label liner saves resources and reduces waste costs.
