The all-in-one desktop finishing systems enable the die-cutting and laminating of labels in a single operation. The possible applications range from labelling food packaging and bottles to labelling chemicals.

The new LF-100 and LF-200 label finishers from Astronova are compact all-in-one desktop finishing systems, which enable labels to be die-cut and laminated in a single pass. The solutions can be used to make in-house label printing, for example by brand owners, as well as the processing of labels by print service providers more efficient. Both systems, the LF-100 and LF-200, offer users flexible options for the simple production of attractive and durable labels.

Integrated ultrasonic sensors ensure constant media tracking. An optical camera automatically recognises the black marking of the cutting layout. Continuous regulation and optimisation of the cutting speed enable precise punching. The robust, multi-edged yet cost-effective blades of the all-in-one desktop finishing systems have a long service life, which significantly reduces replacement intervals. The LF-100 is designed for a width of 124 mm, the LF-200 for a width of 200 mm.

Label finisher for more efficiency in the finishing process

According to information from Astronova the two compact systems are suitable for producing labels in practically all shapes and sizes.
