The company will be using machine demonstrations to show how sustainable packaging can be designed and produced from fibre material.<\/p>\n<p>As a complementary option to plastic packaging, the company offers<strong> two complementary systems<\/strong> on: The Natureprep-KFP series for high-quality stock preparation of natural fibre pulp and the Natureformer-KFT series machines, which are used to produce a wide variety of fibre products, e.g. trays, cups, technological outer packaging, coffee capsules or flower pots.<\/p>\n<h2>Thermoforming with natural fibres as an alternative to plastic<\/h2>\n<p>The starting material for fibre products is pulp or paper dissolved in water. This is moulded, pressed, dried and converted into dimensionally stable packaging that can be recycled in the paper cycle or even composted.
