Packaging machine manufacturer Lantech is presenting a newly developed QL-400 semi-automatic stretch wrapper and the MFC multi-format carton erector at this year's Fachpack.<\/p>\n

The packaging machine manufacturer with its European headquarters in Malden, the Netherlands, invented the pallet stretch wrapper almost 50 years ago. Up to 35 loads per hour<\/strong> can be dispatched. For the first time, the semi-automatic machine has an intelligent control system that minimises operator intervention: it automatically creates a loading programme for frequently occurring loading applications. Loading profile<\/strong> with the corresponding retention force. The operator only needs to enter the loading characteristic and the parameters for safe loading are determined.<\/p>\n

Troubleshooting is simplified for the operator by instructions via video and text on the display. For example, film tears, crushed goods or twisted loads can be recognised and the faults quickly rectified. The system can also call up production reports, extended diagnostic data, productivity analyses and an error overview.<\/p>

Erect different carton sizes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

With the MFC multi-format carton erector, different carton sizes can be processed with one machine without retooling thanks to separately adjustable blank magazines.<\/p>\n

With this machine, no conveyor belts need to be combined to form an outfeed system. This space saving makes the carton erector particularly suitable for the E-Commerce<\/strong> suitable. The machine also features the Total Control System from Lantech<\/a>. This provides control during the process and the cartons are all erected exactly at right angles.<\/p>\n
