A year ago, the two associations Packaging Valley Germany and Packaging Excellence Centre merged. The Packaging Valley e.V. packaging cluster now has more than 90 members. 22 of them are exhibiting their innovations at Fachpack this year.<\/p>\n

Plant manufacturers, component manufacturers, automation specialists and service providers present themselves in a clear and compact format. Environmental protection, efficiency, precision and digital solutions take centre stage:<\/p>\n

The A+V Automation und Verpackungstechnik GmbH<\/strong> specialises in packaging systems for solid and corrugated cardboard. All machines are climate-neutral with the company's own ClimaCert climate protection programme. Under the term \"Circular Packaging\", the Optima Packaging Group GmbH<\/strong> sustainable packaging solutions. Digital tools such as the Remote Assist real-time communication system increase machine availability and efficiency. Mobile assistance systems, data monitoring and digital engineering, which enable networked and efficient production, will be the centre of attention at the stand of the Heitec AG<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Conserving resources and maximising efficiency are also key factors in the Camozzi Automation<\/strong> Ltd.<\/strong> at the centre. Flexible and smart components control the use of resources and combine several packaging steps. The Jetter AG<\/strong> will be showcasing hardware and software components as well as digital solutions for resource-saving production.<\/p>\n

How packaging material can be saved is also a central question in the Ishida GmbH<\/strong>. Incorrect weights, unnecessary packaging and food waste are avoided and leaking MAP packaging is ejected. The Wipotec-OCS<\/strong> Ltd.<\/strong> also presents weighing technology and inspection solutions that meet the highest standards of precision and hygiene.<\/p>\n

The automation specialist Omron Electronics GmbH<\/strong> has solutions for product tracking and quality inspection in the pharmaceutical sector. The variety of surfaces that can be created using thermal spraying is demonstrated by the Rybak + Hofmann rhv technology<\/strong> Ltd.<\/strong>. Efficient sensor applications to increase system availability come from the Leuze<\/strong> electronic GmbH.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SVZ Maschinenbau GmbH<\/strong> shows how cardboard inserts can also replace plastic in protective blister packaging. With the roboter automatisierung GmbH<\/strong>flexible and compact robot solutions for palletising buckets, bags and bottles with servo-electric grippers.<\/p>\n

In addition to systems with labelling modules, the STAKO GmbH Mechanical Engineering<\/strong> also introduced semi-automatic filling machines for sensitive liquids.<\/p>\n
