At Fachpack, the company will be showcasing a complete solution for paper packaging.<\/p>\n<p>An integrated system, consisting of a vertical form, fill and seal machine and an Elematic case packer, produces<strong> Stand-up pouches made from recyclable paper<\/strong> for pasta and packs it in shipping cartons. In addition to using mono materials for all standard bag formats, the machine can also process paper to pack products in pillow, block bottom or doy bags with a height of up to 219 millimetres. (Image: Syntegon)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The integrated case packer is also characterised by the use of materials based on renewable raw materials: It processes solid and corrugated cardboard of various qualities - even particularly sustainable grass fibre corrugated cardboard. It can even process curved blanks. This significantly reduces waste. It also enables the glue-free moulding of paper trays with compartments. (Image: Syntegon)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Sustainable materials with awards<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?s=syntegon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Syntegon<\/a> was honoured this year with the German Packaging Award for its innovative paper blister packaging, which the company developed together with the Finnish packaging material manufacturer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huhtamaki.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Huhtamaki<\/a> has developed. The paper blisters are an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional push-through packaging for tablets. The year before, Syntegon received the packaging award for its \u201eShaped Paper Pods\u201c, sustainable textured capsules made of paper that are characterised by their special feel.
