Up to 20 bags per minute can be processed in a very small space of 1.5 x 0.6 metres. Product dimensions of up to 20 millimetres wide x 20 millimetres high x 50 millimetres long are possible. If simultaneous bag printing is integrated, the system only needs five seconds to completely process a packaging unit.

In addition to the ultra-small packaging system, Autobag will be exhibiting its new 650H horizontal packaging machine, the 850S maxi bag machine and the compact PS125 OneStep table-top packaging machine. The 650H and 850S mobile systems, which have been specially developed for shipping and e-commerce, have an optimised ergonomic design with a wide, open loading area. The AB 850S processes mailing bags with an optimum width of up to 550 millimetres.

The thermal transfer printer integrated in all systems enables each bag to be customised and printed directly with high-resolution graphics, text or barcodes, ready for dispatch.
