The Robot-Flexline packs round and oval blisters for sausage products or cheese on an area measuring 3.5 x 1.8 metres.<\/p>\n<p>A camera system detects the axis alignment, the label and the film print. A <strong>Four-axis delta picker aligns the blisters<\/strong> and places them on top of each other in a display tray. At the same time, the tray is erected from the flat blank and fed to the packing station. Once the blister packs are complete, the tray is erected by 90 degrees and passes into the lid station. If the lid is glued, it can simply be pulled off as an inverted lid.<\/p>\n<h2>Robot-Flexline requires little space<\/h2>\n<p>The sales units are then <strong>palletised on a robotic palletising system<\/strong>t. A six-axis robot uses a vacuum mould to take over the packaging and intermediate layers. The empty pallets are loaded at a level 85 millimetres high and lifted to 600 millimetres by a motorised lifting unit.
