Compared to thermal joining processes <strong>reduces the energy requirement during production<\/strong> and thus increases the eco-balance of the system. The process can be configured using just a few parameters, and 100 per cent quality control of the sealed seam is reproducibly achieved.<\/p>\n<p>All parameters can be called up via digital interfaces and analysed on a customer-specific basis. This guarantees the traceability of the sealing process. At the same time, the savings potential is high thanks to the narrow, tight sealing seam. <strong>The ultrasonic sealing and cutting technology is multifunctional.<\/strong> The innovative process has been used for years in the automotive industry, in medicine and in the hygiene sector for cutting, punching and sealing.
