Ecological sealing technology for low-emission production<\/h2>\n

No environmentally harmful additives such as adhesives are required. Compared to thermal joining processes reduces the energy requirement during production<\/strong> and thus increases the eco-balance of the system. The process can be configured using just a few parameters, and 100 per cent quality control of the sealed seam is reproducibly achieved.<\/p>\n

All parameters can be called up via digital interfaces and analysed on a customer-specific basis. This guarantees the traceability of the sealing process. At the same time, the savings potential is high thanks to the narrow, tight sealing seam. The ultrasonic sealing and cutting technology is multifunctional.<\/strong> The innovative process has been used for years in the automotive industry, in medicine and in the hygiene sector for cutting, punching and sealing.
