Virtual commissioning (VIBN) is now an integral part of the development process for machine manufacturers. With the Visual Components simulation platform, Dualis offers an improved tool for virtual commissioning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

VIBN solutions open up opportunities to, for example Save costs, shorten planning times or reduce the risk of errors<\/strong>. With additional features in the Visual Components simulation platform, the Dualis GmbH IT Solution<\/a> as a specialised sales partner of the 3D simulation platform, has developed an improved tool for virtual commissioning. The platform is a tool for factory planners and robot programmers and is used, among other things, for three-dimensional robot simulation and for material flow and system planning<\/strong> used.<\/p>\n

For communication with various manufacturer-specific control systems, the platform has been expanded to include an interface to WinMod and Simit from Siemens<\/a> extended. Corresponding co-simulations support, among other things, the mapping of the behaviour of all electronic components in the digital twin. The connectivity plug-ins WinMod and Simit enable the Communication with multiple physical and virtual automation systems<\/strong>. The possibility of connecting to different control systems is now even more complex.<\/p>
