German foreign trade has so far been little affected by this. According to these figures, goods worth 117.8 billion euros were exported. Exports thus increased by 7.1 per cent compared to the previous year. Companies have to pay higher prices to have their goods transported at all. <strong>And customers feel that in the end.<\/strong> Bottlenecks in raw materials and primary products as well as higher energy prices are also leading to an increase in prices. <strong>We therefore expect foreign trade to cool down towards the end of the year.<\/strong> It is therefore all the more important that the next federal government intensively endeavours to develop a new foreign trade strategy.
