The search for suitable single-material alternatives is currently one of the driving topics in the industry. The H\u00f6xter-based company Wentus GmbH is also active in this field. The Wentopro PureForm film family, for example, enables the use of mono-material base webs, which can be used to produce easily recyclable mono-material packaging using the thermoforming process.<\/strong><\/p>

The films in the Wentopro PureForm series for the production of thermoformed packaging are an easily recyclable and therefore more sustainable single-material alternative to conventional PA\/PE underlays. They protect the packaged food, guarantee its shelf life and thus help to reduce food waste<\/strong>. They are also suitable for direct freezing.<\/p>

The excellent machine-compatible products are used in combination with lidding films from Wentus<\/a> optimum packaging results. Products from the Wentopro PureForm range can be printed in up to ten colours using flexographic printing<\/strong> - for a high-quality packaging design and an eye-catching appearance at the POS.<\/p>

The two new bottom sheets are used in combination with matching top sheets from Wentus<\/a> Packaging made from highly recyclable components: Wentopro PureForm PE offers a polyethylene solution, together with the lidding film Wentoplex Pure PE. The polypropylene mono-material variant can be put together from Wentopro PureForm PP in combination with Wentoplex Pure PP. According to the company, the PP version of the film can also be up to 15 per cent thinner than conventional solutions.<\/strong><\/p>
