Heilbronn-based materials distributor Marbach Die Supplies has launched a new version of its mplaten|cleaner platen cleaning device.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The mplaten|cleaner is a device that Dirt and rust removed from the punching platen<\/strong>. Cleaning smoothes out unevenness in the platen and significantly minimises make-ready times. As a result, the punching pressure can be reduced. This extends the service life of the tool. The punching result is also positively influenced by a clean platen and productivity in the punching process increases.<\/p>\n

\"The mplaten|cleaner<\/a> in its original version is used very successfully by many of our customers. It is compatible with all standard punching machine types. However, some of our customers use machines with extremely tight spaces in the die-cutting platen. Here it became necessary to adapt the design of the mplaten|cleaner. With the new mplaten|cleaner-smart, we have developed a Platen cleaning device developed for use whenever space in the platen is extremely tight<\/strong>. The first customers to use the smart version of the mplaten|cleaner are delighted.\"<\/p>
