Recyclers can use the modifiers, which are available as concentrates in solid form, to optimise the flow behaviour of recycled polypropylene (rPP) for extrusion and injection moulding processes.

Milliken offers the modifiers as free-flowing granules that can be handled and fed easily and dust-free. With DeltaFlow Optimised plastics can be processed at lower temperatures, which enables shorter cycle times during injection moulding. They increase productivity and improve processability.

Increase proportion of recycled PP

Brand owners also benefit: In many end applications, the viscosity modifiers facilitate the substitution of PP virgin material with rPP.
