Multivac wants to offer its customers more flexibility in packaging with three new traysealer models from the TX8 series. Thanks to their wide format, the new models are particularly suitable for packing large trays in dual-lane production processes.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The new TX 815, TX 825 and TX 835 traysealers enable the processing of trays with a maximum width of 270 mm for double-track or 560 mm for a single-track design<\/strong>. This means that they are specially designed for packaging different foods or ready meals in family packs and gastro trays. Thanks to the wide format of the machine, it is now also possible to achieve a high output of large Trays Wide Side Leading<\/strong> (WSL) is possible.<\/p>

Like all traysealers of the TX generation, the new machine models are equipped for the future. According to Multivac, an innovative control system with Multi Sensor Control and Flow Manager contributes to maximum performance, consistent reliability and optimum pack quality with an even product flow. The tools, known as X-Tools, distribute the sealing forces evenly to each tray, which ensures a uniform product flow. Uniform and reliable packaging result<\/strong> is achieved. All models are prepared for the digital solutions from Multivac<\/a>and a Wide range of smart services<\/strong>. The digital connection of the packaging machines enables, among other things, location-independent access to information on the current production status, the monitoring and optimisation of the packaging process, the detection of bottlenecks and errors and the simple and secure creation of new recipes.<\/p>

To simplify the set-up of new products, trays and films, the TX models can be connected online to the Multivac Pack Pilot, for example, and automatically parameterised.
