These can be temperature fluctuations or mechanical shocks caused by road damage or the throwing of parcels. H\u00e4nchen builds shake and vibration test stands in which the mass of the test specimen can be up to 150 kilograms, with package dimensions of up to 800 x 800 millimetres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shock test benches simulate errors during handling<\/strong> during the transport process and are used to check product stability. H\u00e4nchen offers a lifting device that simulates drop height and force. Impact movements with high acceleration can be realised using hydraulic cylinders.<\/p>\n<p>Parcels are often stacked on top of each other in the warehouse and during transport. In this scenario, the packaging must also be able to withstand the load required by the mail order company. H\u00e4nchen <strong>simulates these long-term and short-term loads<\/strong> via upsetting presses according to customer requirements.<\/p>\n<p>All tests are documented with automatically analysed and verified test protocols.
