Airnov, manufacturer of packaging solutions for the healthcare market, has expanded its production facilities in China and is now launching a range of new products, including HDPE bottles with a high moisture barrier, initially on the Chinese market.<\/p>\n

The modernisation of the Changshu site, around 100 kilometres north-west of Shanghai, includes the Installation of new production lines<\/strong>This enables the company to produce a wider range of products in larger quantities.<\/p>\n

This includes an HDPE bottle with CRC closure, which has a Better moisture barrier<\/strong> than conventional bottles, as they have a low water vapour permeability.<\/p>

Airnov strives for worldwide certification<\/h2>\n

The product is supplied with a standard SP400 bottle neck and screw cap and can be manufactured in a range of sizes from 30ml to 150ml. It also has full pharmaceutical compliance certificates from the Chinese NMPA. The company is soon aiming to worldwide certification by the FDA and the European Union<\/strong> so that the products will then be available to all Airnov customers.<\/p>\n

The newly expanded plant in Changshu will also be able to handle larger quantities of the HAT Snap-<\/a>Product from Airnov<\/a> to produce. This is an active and ergonomic packaging solution with desiccant plugs, which can also be used for has tamper-proof features<\/strong>to prevent counterfeiting.<\/p>
