There was a change in management at Walther Faltsysteme GmbH in Kevelaer at the start of the year: Dominik Lemken and Thomas Heilen became the new Managing Directors on 1 January 2022. They succeed Thomas Walther and Thomas Wiederer, who retired in December 2021 after several decades with the company.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In December, Thomas Walther and Thomas Wiederer were not the only two previous managing directors leave the company<\/strong>, but also two people who have been part of Walther Faltsysteme since the founding years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Two new and old faces<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

With Dominik Lemken and Thomas Heilen, two Experienced employees and long-standing authorised signatories appointed as managing directors<\/strong>. Dominik Lemken is now responsible for sales, project management and logistics. The 41-year-old mechanical engineer and Master of Business Administration has been with the company since 2013 and previously worked for two international plant engineering companies. Initially in the role of Assistant to the Management Board and since 2016 as Head of Project Management at Walther Faltsysteme, he has been responsible for the Strategic focus on project customers and customised solutions significantly advanced<\/strong>. Oliver van Neerven is now in charge of project management.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

As Managing Director, Thomas Heilen is now in charge of the Finance, Marketing, Purchasing and IT & Digital<\/strong>. The 38-year-old started his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant in 2004 at Walther folding systems<\/a> joined the company. Most recently, the Master of Arts in Marketing & Sales was in charge of IT & Digital, Internal Process Management and Strategic Procurement Management. Thomas Heilen is now handing over responsibility for IT and Digital to Natalie Priebe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 1994, Thomas Walther, now 63, took over as managing partner from his father and company founder Rolf F. Walther. Under the leadership of the business graduate, the company moved from M\u00fclheim to Kevelaer.
