Labelling provider Bluhm Systeme wants to make it possible to enter the world of industrial labelling with a new label printing dispenser: The Legi-Air 3050 performs standard labelling tasks on simple production and packaging lines fully or semi-automatically.<\/b><\/p>

The new Legi-Air 3050 label printer dispenser has a compact design that is ideal for the\u00a0Use in confined production environments<\/b>\u00a0suitable. The low basic weight and simple suspension enable easy integration into a wide range of production lines. The system prints in any installation position. The easily accessible design simplifies the reloading of label material. Depending on the label format, text change and applicator, a\u00a0Cycle rate of up to 30 labels per minute<\/b>\u00a0achieved. The processing ranges from small labels in stamp format to DIN A6 format and larger. The dimensions range up to 120 x 160 millimetres.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Legi-Air 3050 can be equipped with two different applicators. The linear applicator enables the\u00a0Labelling on the top of products<\/b>. The rotary applicator can tilt the stamping plate by 90 degrees so that it can be\u00a0Labelling products on the front or back sides<\/b> can. The applicators are designed to be durable and guarantee maximum labelling precision. The variable dispensing stroke of 220 millimetres enables products of different heights to be labelled. A label-on-tamp sensor constantly monitors whether the labels are in the correct position until they are applied.<\/p>

A controller with a multilingual text display enables easy handling and allows\u00a0Label and product-specific parameters<\/b> quickly. Corresponding system and maintenance information provides quick and easy fault diagnostics. Information on the machine status is displayed in plain text. Data can be transferred via four different interfaces. The label print dispenser can be controlled and networked with various software programmes. In addition to NiceLabel, these include Legitronic Labelling and Bluhmware.<\/p>

By default, the system is supplied with a\u00a0TSC label printer<\/b>\u00a0The Legi-Air 3050 is supplied with a print module that prints at a resolution of 203, 300 or 600 dpi. However, print modules from various manufacturers can be integrated into the Legi-Air 3050. This enables the\u00a0Choice between direct thermal and thermal transfer printing<\/b>.<\/p>
