Exhibition organiser N\u00fcrnbergMesse is postponing this year's Powtech, the leading international trade fair for powder, granulate and bulk solids technologies. It will now take place parallel to Fachpack from 27 to 29 September 2022 at Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

According to the organiser, the decision was made after intensive consultations with the conceptual sponsors, the trade fair advisory board and numerous registered exhibitors.<\/p>

\u201eThis means we can offer the bulk goods industry a trade fair date outside the summer holidays, which is particularly convenient for our customers from southern Germany and the Mediterranean region,\u201c explains Heike Slotta<\/strong>, Executive Director Exhibitions, N\u00fcrnbergMesse. \u201eOver the last few days, we have held intensive discussions with the exhibitors at Powtech and asked them about their preferred dates. It is extremely important to us that we make this decision together with our customers, with the industry for the industry, so to speak. The result of the survey was clear.<\/strong> The majority opted for 27 to 29 September 2022\u2033, says Slotta.\u00a0<\/p>

According to the trade fair organisers, the fact that the two trade fairs are being held at the same time brings the entire value chain into focus, from the manufacture of the products to their packaging. Thus Additional synergies<\/strong> in the processing and packaging sector is created by overlapping users from the food and feed, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics processing and mechanical engineering sectors, among others. In addition, both trade fairs have a European focus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For 2023<\/strong> Powtech is scheduled to take place again from 26 to 28 September at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg. There will be no Fachpack this year - it traditionally takes a break every three years. The next Fachpack is scheduled to open its doors from 24 to 26 September 2024.<\/p>
