Packaging Valley Germany e.V. has had a new member since 1 January 2022. Illig Maschinenbau joined the packaging industry cluster, which is made up of over 100 companies and more than 30,000 employees from the fields of packaging systems, machines, software and automation solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The companies in the Packaging Valley<\/a> offer the market the best technologies in the field of packaging machines. With an export share of over 80 per cent, the variety of technologies from the Packaging Valley<\/a> represented all over the world. Its customers include international market leaders in the food, beverage, confectionery, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u201eCircular Thinking!\u201c Solutions support the circular economy and clearly follow the Sustainability goals Reduce, reuse, separate, recycle and renew<\/strong>. Illig has already been honoured for its sustainable solutions: in 2021 with the \u201eGerman Packaging Award\u201c, the \u201eEuropean Carton Excellence Award\u201c and the \u201eWorld Star Global Packaging Award\u201c. One of the other \u201eCircular Thinking!\u201c projects from Illig is the Industrial production of packaging made from thermoformable paper<\/strong>.<\/p>
